Visual supports can be designed for various settings such as: home, school, sports, workplaces, church, traveling and many more.
The visual aids can be created in various modalities such as visual icons, photographs, words or with modalities combinations.

Visual Supports Products:
Supports can be customized to meet your needs!
- Social Story: range of 10-20 full size pages. This tool is utilized to teach the concept to individuals.
- Social Story Video: MP4 video where the social story is read and visually displayed. Time will vary per story.
- Adapted Book: This adapted book correlates to the social story. It includes the social story reduced in size to a half page with matching visuals to Velcro into the story, based on the content of the page. It is an interactive book that will help individuals engage and interact with the social story. It uses a multisensory approach to teach a concept.
- Task Analysis Checklist (numbers, checkbox): This is a task analysis checklist that goes through each step of the activity. The numbers option is for individuals who can follow step by step directions. The checkbox option allows the individual to check off as each item is completed.
- Task Analysis Schedule (flip over option if printed, laminated and Velcroed): This support includes a set of 5-6 visual cards also known as steps. The flip over option becomes available when laminated and Velcroed to add the engagement component for those that need to manipulate the visual by flipping it over to show that it is finished.
- Vocabulary Visual Cards (visual icons or photographs): These are vocabulary visual cards. This tool is utilized to teach concepts and vocabulary on the specific topic. It will help individuals become familiar with the tools/objects/topic. It will provide knowledge and develop language skills.
- Communication Cards: These are communication visual cards to provide directives, expectations, and behavior cues.
- Choice/Communication Boards: Choice boards can be designed to provide a range of options to choose from. This is a tool to help individuals refocus, as another communication modality or when overwhelmed/upset. Choices could be designed to address communication, sensory, reinforcers or break options, sport and/or activity options, or food/drink items. The board can have 4, 6, or 12 choices.
