We, at Autism Elements Academy LLC., are committed to inspiring and empowering those who support individuals with Autism and other related disabilities by providing strategies, tools, and resources to establish successful environments. We target families, educators, staff, and communities. We offer actionable steps, and easy to implement strategies through videos, courses, blogs, podcasts, and social media. We are continuously developing high standards through academic and behavioral resources for varying age groups. We hope to guide others to implement strategies that make a constant impact.

Founder & President

Natalia Morón
Bachelor's Degree in Social Work & Master's Degree in Educational Leadership

Natalia Morón is the president and founder of Autism Elements LLC. & Autism Elements Academy LLC. She has 22+ years of experience in Special Education in the public school setting. In that time, she has worked with students across all disability categories, but her passion is to help students with autism spectrum disorder. Natalia began developing her love for special education in high school, where she began supporting as a peer buddy for the special needs classroom.

Natalia works at the 6th largest district as an ESE Administrator Specialist. She strives to develop teachers, schools, businesses, families, and communities that support individuals with disabilities.

Natalia is passionate about professional development to fellow educators about working with complex students to create successful environments that will maximize student learning through academics, social, and behavior strategies. She brings her past experiences and learned skills as a social worker, classroom assistant, ESE resource teacher, self-contained classroom teacher, autism specialist. ESE district support and ESE Administrator Specialist.

She is always sharing her knowledge and experiences to help anyone who supports or would like to support individuals with disabilities. As well as, constantly making resources and visuals supports to help schools, families, businesses, and communities.

Alicia Palelis
​Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Special Education & Master's Degree in Education

Alicia Palelis is a certified teacher for Exceptional Student Education K-12, Prekindergarten/Primary general education, and Prekindergarten for students with disabilities. She has worked for over 20 years in the Exceptional Student Education department in the 6th largest district in the U.S. First, as a preschool teacher for students with autism, then as an autism coach (specialist), and for 6 years as a District Behavior Program Specialist.  Her passion is to share her experiences and knowledge with working with complex learners and teaching behavior with professionals and parents. 

Alicia now works as a Special Education Advocate where she helps families and guardians navigate the special education process with Individualized Education Plans, Functional Behavior Assessments, Behavior Intervention Plans, and 504 plans. ​
